We are a fee for service provider and do not accept insurance at this time. We encourage you to inquire with your insurance company about out of network benefits and member reimbursement procedures.
What we can do:
Provide individualized evidence-based services
Provide completed session related documentation
Provide superbill/information needed for you to submit for reimbursement
What we cannot do:
Bill or submit claims on your behalf
Call your insurance provider
Submit documents to your insurance provider
Obtain authorizations
Submit appeals
We cannot guarantee reimbursement since each plan and coverage is different.
All payments are due at the time of booking.
We require a card on file for all patients.
We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of scheduled service.
No call/no shows will incur a fee of 100% of scheduled service.
A credit card on file is required to book all services.
Cancelations and no-show fees are charged automatically to the card on file.
