Payment Policies & Insurance

 We believe you and your baby need fast, consistent, and comprehensive support. We are a fee for service provider and do not accept insurance at this time. This allows us to provide services without the delays and challenges of obtaining referrals, authorizations, denials, service restrictions, and plan limitations. 

We encourage you to inquire with your insurance company about out of network member reimbursement.  We cannot bill or submit claims on your behalf, call your insurance provider, or submit documents. We will provide you directly with any information and documentation necessary to submit for member reimbursement.  We cannot guarantee reimbursement since each plan and coverage is different. 

 All payments are due at the time of service. 

We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. 

We have a strict cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of scheduled service.

No call/no shows will incur a fee of 100% of scheduled service. 

A credit card on file is required to book all services.

Cancelations and no-show fees are charged automatically to the card on file.
